Yermys Pe\u00f1a recibi\u00f3 el reconocimiento por la importante labor que realiza como CEO de Studio YP y Construger, firma de construcci\u00f3n que cuenta con m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os de experiencia en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">TheLatinaPro\u00ae fue fundada en 2017 en Miami y desde entonces ha organizado numerosos eventos destinados a promover temas educativos y sociales vinculados al mundo del emprendimiento y el tejido empresarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La arquitecta Yermys Pe\u00f1a es conocida por ser pionera en novedosos tipos de construcciones y en la utilizaci\u00f3n de nuevos materiales para sus originales fachadas y dise\u00f1os. Actualmente, a trav\u00e9s de Studio YP, realiza proyectos en Punta Cana, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, Miami y Nueva York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Es tambi\u00e9n una persona con fuerte influencia en redes sociales, muy reconocida por su labor de divulgaci\u00f3n en temas relacionados con las finanzas y las inversiones en bienes ra\u00edces, facilitando a trav\u00e9s de sus proyectos modelos de compra en planos ideales para obtener alta rentabilidad. Es invitada frecuente en Univision, Despierta Am\u00e9rica, La Mesa Caliente de Telemundo, HOLA! USA, VIX, Imagen Magazine, y colabora en otros medios de comunicaci\u00f3n en Estados Unidos y la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Yermys Pe\u00f1a ha colaborado con reconocidas celebridades como Clarissa Molina y Mar\u00eda Celeste Arrar\u00e1s, quienes han confiado en ella para realizar inversiones. Se gradu\u00f3 como arquitecta a los 20 a\u00f1os, pero trabaja en el sector desde los 19. Es reconocida por su esp\u00edritu libre e independiente, creando espacios innovadores, funcionales, sostenibles, arm\u00f3nicos, estables y felices. Es CEO Partner de la Constructora Construger, y fundadora de Studio YP, la primera firma de dise\u00f1o arquitect\u00f3nico en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.
